PLEASE READ: TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting payment for an equine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions listed below.
SALES POLICY:
All equine sold through Saving Souls Equine are sold AS-IS on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We are not allowing pre-purchases.
• We allow a $150 nonrefundable deposit to hold specific horses for up to 24 hours to see them in person. You can come look at the horse in person, but we do not allow test rides nor will we ride it again for you. It is soley to show customers that the horse is there, and to let you as a customer to lay eyes on it in person. If you do not purchase that horse, but would like to purchase a different horse during that appointment only, then the deposit is nonrefundable, and we retrain the deposit. We will not spply the deposit to a future purchase beyond that appointment.
• All sales are final once payment is received
• Ownership transfers immediately upon completed payment
Quarantine Recommendation
Saving Souls Equine LLC strongly recommends that all purchased horses be quarantined upon arrival at their new location. Introducing a new horse directly into an existing herd can increase the risk of transmitting contagious illnesses, parasites, or other health concerns to resident horses. For the health and safety of all animals involved, buyers are encouraged to maintain a quarantine period of at least 14–30 days, or as recommended by their veterinarian.
During this time, newly purchased horses should be monitored for signs of illness, receive any necessary veterinary examinations, and follow an appropriate vaccination and deworming protocol. While Saving Souls Equine LLC takes reasonable measures to represent horses accurately and disclose known health information, we cannot guarantee that a horse is free from all illnesses, diseases, or conditions that may not be apparent at the time of sale.
By purchasing a horse, the buyer acknowledges that they assume responsibility for the horse’s care, management, and biosecurity practices following purchase. Failure to quarantine a newly purchased horse may increase the risk of disease transmission and is done solely at the buyer’s discretion.
PRE-PURCHASE EXAMS:
Buyers are welcome to arrange a pre-purchase veterinary exam prior to purchasing an equine.
• All exams must be completed before payment is made
• Once payment is received, the sale is final
• No additional evaluations or guarantees will be provided after purchase
CONDITION & REPRESENTATION:
Saving Souls Equine does not guarantee that an equine’s appearance, weight, health, or behavior will remain the same as shown in photos or videos.
Changes may occur due to:
• Transportation
• Stress
• Feed or diet changes
• Environment
• General care and handling
CARE & BOARDING:
Once purchased, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the equine and all related care expenses. Boarding is available for $15 per day.
• Board begins the day after purchase
• All boarding fees must be paid in full before pickup
• If board becomes 30 days past due, ownership of the equine will revert back to Saving Souls Equine.
• The equine may then be re-listed for sale without refund or credit to the original buyer or contributors
HEALTH & LIABILITY:
Saving Souls Equine is not responsible for:
• Illness
• Injury
• Weight loss
• Death of any equine listed, sold, or boarded on the propertyNo refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, injury, or death occurring before or after the equine leaves our facility. Equine activities involve inherent risk. By purchasing or visiting, you acknowledge and accept those risks.
Saving Souls Equine and all affiliates are not liable for:
• Injury or death to any person
• Injury, illness, or death of any animal
• Accidents occurring on or around the property or during equine activities
QUARANTINE RECOMMENDATION:
We strongly recommend quarantining all newly purchased equine upon arrival at your property. This helps protect the health and safety of your existing horses and livestock.

SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR RIDEABILITY. THE PURCHASE OF THIS HORSE(S) IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN “AS IS” SALE.
